The adventure starts in Lima with a city tour in the capital of the Incan Empire, Cusco. There is a visit to Machu Picchu a UNESCO Heritage Site to then head to Quito to a colonial city tour. Then, visit Peguche with its traditional lagoons and the Imbabura volcano, enjoy of an overnight stay at the Karanki Magdalena Community to later cross by train to the Afro-Ecuadorian community of Salinas. Continue the adventure in a comfortable luxury cruise in the Enchanted Islands.

Day 1: Lima, Peru
Welcome to Lima! A representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. You will have free time to explore the city or relax and settle in.
Day 2: Lima – Cusco (B)
After breakfast, guests will head to the airport to get a flight to Cuzco. Upon arrival, there is free time for all guest, so they get acclimatized to the altitude. In the afternoon, there is a City tour in Cusco visiting the Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Park, Q’enqo and the Puma shrine, Tambomachay, a panoramic view of Puca Pucara, Korinkancha temple, Inti God shrine, and n the main square we will visit the Cathedral and the Cross. Back to the selected hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Cusco – Machu Picchu – Cusco (B L)
Early in the morning, we head by train to one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Upon arrival to Aguas Calientes, we continue on a bus ride to Machu Picchu with a view of the Urubamba River and its canyon. Guided visit to Machu Picchu also known as the Lost City of the Incas and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Machu Picchu was built in the classical Inca style, with polished dry-stone walls fitted with masterful precision. We will visit the famous ceremonial shrines, terraces, and steps. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a local lunch and return by train to Cusco. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Cusco – Lima – Quito or Guayaquil (Ecuador) (B)
Guests will be transferred to the airport to take a flight from Cusco to Lima and then from Lima to Quito or Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Day 5: Colonial Quito & Middle of the World or Guayaquil & its Museums (B)
Take a walk through bustling streets and squares of the largest historical old town in the Americas; a multi-ethnic, artistic and a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site. The tour includes the Gothic Basilica of the Heart of Jesus, Independence Square, the Metropolitan Cathedral the street of the Seven Crosses, the Jesuit convent, El Sagrario church, the Jesuit temple of La Compañía de Jesús, and the majestic San Francisco Square.
Towards the north, we arrive at the Middle of the World Complex which holds the Equator Monument situated at 0º0’0” latitude and in it, a Museum of Ethnicity of the peoples in Ecuador. The complex replicates the Spanish colonial architecture with a typical central plaza, a church, and bull-fighting ring.
Back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Visit the Parque Centenario, to continue in the colorful Barrio de las Peñas going up the Santa Ana Hill to get a panoramic view of the city and the Guayas River. Walk through Malecon 2000, to admire the Rotonda Monument, the Moorish Clocktower to enjoy a visit to the Anthropological Museum of Contemporary Art for a quick review of pre-Columbian times.
Day 6 – 9: Galapagos Cruise the Coral I & II or the Galapagos Legend
Depart to the Galapagos in a 2:30-hour domestic flight arriving at Baltra or San Cristobal Airport to later be transferred to the port to embark the vessel.
Every day there will be two guided visits to new places, with a hike through natural paths and close encounters with blue-footed boobies, frigatebirds, lazy sea lions, marine iguanas, albatrosses or fast-swimming penguins, sharks or marine turtles next to you in the snorkeling or diving activities. Other optional activities include glass-bottom boat rides and kayaking for a more relaxed marine sightseeing. All our guest will return to the ship for a varied lunch-buffet and free time to relax by the pool, sun terraces or Jacuzzi in our open decks while we arrive at our next visit. There will also be an al-fresco BBQ for the ultimate Galapagos experience. After dinner, there will be a short but entertaining lecture about next day excursions followed by free time to relax or join an onboard activity.
On the last day, breakfast will be served earlier than usual to take advantage of the morning and take part in the last excursion. Guests will take a flight back to Quito or Guayaquil. Once in the mainland, one of our representatives will transfer you to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Quito or Guayaquil (B)
If taking an international flight, there will be a transfer to the airport in Quito or Guayaquil. You could also extend your stay in Ecuador with other land tours we can offer you.
